- A direct line to the people building the product, with replies the same working day.
- Your integrations and feature requests go to the front of the roadmap.
What we ask
- Use it on a real product, on a staging or test environment.
- A 30 minute feedback call every two weeks for the first three months.
- If you're happy after three months, a short case study or a quote we can share. If you're not, you tell us why.
From first call to first report in a week
Intro call
30 minutes. We look at your product, your stack and what breaks most often.
Connect
We connect your repository, issue tracker and team chat, and set up test accounts on staging.
First runs
Fire Your QA tests your open pull requests and posts reports where your team already works.
Tune together
We review results with you, add regression suites for your key flows and adjust what gets reported.
Questions
How many founding spots are there?
A handful. We do the setup ourselves, so we can only take on a few teams at a time.
What does the founding price cost?
It depends on the size of your product and team. It is always well below what we will charge once the product is established. Tell us about your setup and we'll send you a number.
What happens after 12 months?
You can move to a regular agreement or stop. We'll talk about it well before the 12 months are up, so there are no surprises.
Do we have to give you a testimonial?
Only if you're happy with the results. We'd rather have one honest case study than ten polite ones.
